Do what works for your choir!

There have been some questions about dynamics and tempo for the music on this site. I have chosen to keep tempo and dynamic markings to a minimum in order to give the choir director more freedom of expression in the performance of these arrangements. What works best for your choir? What are their strengths? Feel free to use these pieces as a starting point for your own personal inspiration.
